Just in case you’re wondering where I’ve been, don’t worry I’ve just been working on some awesome material for you. I’ve been in the lab studying, testing and training in order to give you what is going to be some of the most powerful information and resources yet. Like I said from the very beginning, I don’t believe in delivering crap and so if you want that then it’s best you go somewhere else.
If you’ve been following the blog, then you’ll notice a pattern of the content has to deal directly with the principles of building wealth, strong relationships and helping others. Why? Simple, because these are the exact same principles that are used to build wealth. That pattern is the pattern of clues that you will find with every success story no matter who it is. Now get this right, I am not just talking about making money but building wealth and it’s important to have clear understanding of the difference. With the holidays here (which is the biggest shopping season of the year) and everyone planning on spending money, I’d like to teach you principles that will allow you to continually make some. It’s interesting how so many people are anxious to spend money that they’ll never get back versus investing in something that will pay them forever.
Anyhow, very soon, we will begin to start further exploring the keys to not just making money but continually doing that on autopilot, where income will no longer be of any problem to you.
Have an amazing holiday season!

One of the greatest gifts in life (if not thee greatest) is the gift of helping others. No matter what the cause may be in a positive influence, to be able to help someone else is a treasured ability which we all possess. Many opportunities come throughout the course of our individual lifetimes to help others, yet too few actually seize the moment. Many times we are so busy with our own lives that we do not pay attention to the golden blessing laying right in front of us. Maybe we can offer some sound advice, donate time, pay a bill, offer a ride, sacrifice a moment from our personal endeavors in order to contribute to the cause of another’s. I look at families and organizations that have successful legacies and there is a very common trait of them helping each other that always seems to spring forward. In fact as you may know, many have made immense fortunes through helping others. Let’s take a trip into history and look at the pioneers who by their efforts of meeting a need have helped millions and thus pocketed the same.
John D. Rockefeller, one of the early founders of the industrial age that transpired into one of the largest empires of his time known as “Standard Oil.” What started as an Ohio partnership grew to be historic. As the need for oil and kerosene grew so did Rockefeller’s wealth and he became the world’s richest man and “The First American Billionaire.” Looking from the outside with a standard perception, it may seem that he was only trying to get rich, but he in fact was offering a ton of help to the american public. John Rockefeller was a pioneer and he understood that in order for us to move forward someone has to take a step so that the rest will follow and he did just that.
Here are some more examples of individuals who have made fortunes through helping others: Steve Jobs (Apple), Oprah Winfrey (DayTimeTV), Phil Knight (Nike), Bill Gates (Microsoft) Mark Zuckerberg (FaceBook) Pierre Omidyar(Ebay). In fact if you want to see a hot list of people who help others for a living, just go to http://www.forbes.com and look at the list of the richest people in the world, and look at their profession. I guarantee you it helps people! Awesome right? Here’s the thing, everyone needs help, but no one said that they aren’t willing to pay for it. People are willing to pay for what they feel is of value to them.
Let’s look at the seven names mentioned above to delve a little deeper into how they help others for a living. Steve jobs created one of the most efficient operating systems in the world and along with it: phones, movies and digital animation software that helps millions of artists and businesses around the globe. Oprah Winfrey has opened her life to millions of viewers around the globe and personally touched both men and women alike. She also has donated more than $100M of her personal money to help charities and organizations, volunteered and fought for human rights, opened a school in Africa for young girls, has a non-profit foundation for helping the less fortunate, created an inspiring magazine, book club, and t.v. show entitled “Oprah’s big give!” Phil Knight made durable, comfortable athletic shoes for athletes. He also made it cool for the general public to own a pair as well. Bill Gates created a software that now runs on 90% of the world’s computer systems and is in turn documented the wealthiest living person. Mark Zuckerberg is CEO and co-creator of the most popular social network in the world at the ripe old age of 25. Pierre Omidyar created the largest auction website where you can sell anything from french fries to private jets.
All of these individuals are pioneers in their own right and became famous for helping the masses. One interesting fact you may find about each one of these individuals is the fact they are all billionaires. Another interesting fact is that they are all still living. They made fortunes by offering assistance and help to those in need and were richly rewarded for it. Now it is not a fact that if you help others you will become a billionaire or become world famous of any sort. However you will have touched someone’s life and it is a fact that you will be rewarded for it. So the next time you have the opportunity to help another, consider it your lucky chance!

The Epiphany and The Conclusion On Making Money!
Posted on July 22, 2009

Earlier today I had an epiphany about making loads of cash in a seemingly effortless way. Now I hear you saying “If it’s so easy then why isn’t everybody doing it?” Well why doesn’t everyone eat their vegetables or wash behind their ears like mom told us to? Well quite frankly that is a choice that each individual decides on their own. We all have the same waking hours in a day and what we do with it is entirely up to us! One of my favorite quotes is from my good friend Jordan Adler and that is “Keep it simple.” That’s one of the biggest problems that I see people have with making money. They don’t keep it simple. The process of acquiring currency is simply convincing someone to part with their cash. However, many individuals can’t figure out how to do it. What do I do, how do I do it and how do I keep on doing it is the question of the decade. So I want to share some of the stuff that came to me in the epiphany earlier. Pay attention because this is good stuff.
1. Find what people really want.
This may seem elementary but it’s oh so profitable. That which people really want, will always have an audience. Also they will never have a problem emptying their pockets to get it. Think about entertainment. Most individuals love to be entertained and will literally borrow the necessary funds that it takes to do so. It’s a multi billion dollar business and continues to grow each and every year despite the economy’s present state. Or how about dining out? I was reading an article yesterday where Americans are spending upward of $500 billion a year going out to eat. $500 billion a year! Now that’s what I call loads of cash! How about travel, cell phones, clothing, college, grooming products, etc? The list goes on and on. The key here is simple, find out what people want, figure out a way to provide it to them and put a price tag on it. Keep it simple and you will will need a semi truck to haul in all of that money! Believe me when I say that where there is “Want” there is a “Way.
2. Find Out What People Really Need.
“WHAT!” “But Alex you just said “Find out what people really want,” how are you gonna just switch it up like that?” I’m not switching it up, I’m just exposing you to both sides of the spectrum, so let’s talk about this one. There are millions of individuals who will buy what they want before they will buy what they need. As twisted as that may sound it is incredibly true and thus leaves a wide open opportunity to benefit financially as well as help others in a positive way. Helping others is BIG BUSINESS. In fact the “Health and Wellness” industry is a booming market only to increase throughout the coming years. Showing someone that what you have can actually benefit them in a good way makes tons of cash. Donny Deutsch who is a brilliant marketer hosts a show entitled “The Big Idea” that features entrepreneurs who have created an idea that’s caused them to make $1M or more in sales. The interesting thing is that most of the individuals I’ve seen on the show are people who simply saw a need and came up with an idea to fill that missing piece. How cool is that? There’s money all around us, we just don’t see it. It’s as simple as recognizing what is not there and filling that void. I saw one woman who created a line of shoes for women who have larger feet and she is making millions. Another creation I saw was for mattresses and bed sheets. It doesn’t matter what it is because honestly we will never stop being in need. So what’s your “Big Idea?”
Wants and Needs are two categories for cash cows. Is it really that simple? To be honest with you, Yes. Now of course just thinking about it isn’t going to make much of a difference. First their comes the recognition and actual decision to pursue what it is you are to provide. The next step is formulating a plan and then execution. The problem is that many of us have great ideas and never pursue them. Yet we complain constantly about our lack of cash when the answer is floating around in our brains. Take that idea, put it on paper, build a plan around it and execute it until you see those semi trucks pulling in your driveway. Now combine that great idea with ambition and consistency plus a solid time frame, and you will be amazed at what you will accomplish. Nearly every success story started with an idea. Now let’s get to work!

Don’t Just Start…But FINISH What You Start!

Earlier today I was simultaneously sending out emails and watching the Michael Jackson memorial service at the same time. It was the largest public memorial service since the death of princess Diana and will never be forgotten. My heart goes out to the entire Jackson family, all friends and fans who who were touched by the loss of an icon. Now here’s a guy who by far was one of the most famous people who has ever lived. Traveling with a security team everywhere he went was a normal way of life for him and it had to be that way. While that may sound desirable for some, it is not the least bit apetizing for many and does not have to be in order to be successful.
Success in one word is “Achievement” and does not require a lot of fame or money to attain. What it does require however is dedication along with the ability to finish. I’ve learned that many people possess the ability to be successful yet they have not made the choice to be. Many of us start things that we never finish and so we will never achieve success. Sometimes we allow other things to get in our way (life’s problems, other projects, our thoughts, basically nothing out of the norm.) and steal the glory that success brings. Those who are successful have an incredibly solid attitude of dedication to get the job done no matter what. They are also very aware of the task at hand and understand the feeling of unfulfillment if they do not finish. I’ve found that successful people have a leader mentality and are not looking to follow. They are forth thinking and action oriented and love the smell of results.
Michael Jackson had these same traits and he was arguably the absolute best at what he did. He was creative, forth thinking and genuinely had a passion for what he did. He dedicated his entire life to his work and in many cases went far beyond the call of duty. While I understand there is only one Michael Jackson I also realize that there is only one of you as well. Now you don’t have to be an incredibly famous super star but you can shine at whatever you do and shine as bright as you want. So learn from someone who had achieved a level of greatness that it can not be ignored and don’t just start but finish what you start.

The Art Of Creating Money Principle #5

Last week we talked about “The art of planning” which is pertinent for a steady stream of creating money. I go further into this principle in the art of creating money report. Having a sound plan to pursue instead of just acting without any clear direction is a key factor in creating money. It’s said that 90% of businesses don’t have business plans and for the 10% that do, those are the highest money earners. This week we will discuss “The art of building relationships.” In case you didn’t know, relationshps are money. It’s not until you build solid long lasting relationships that you will be able to truly enjoy the art of creating money. Let’s delve:
Fifth Principle: The Art Of Building Relationships:
Would you agree that successful people are connected? If no, then you need to re-think your answer. One common trend that you will find with successful people is that they all have a strong network of contacts to pull from and when it comes to creating money, they have a net to pull from. Relationships are more powerful than money itself because it consistently creates money. Relationships will cause the same individuals to keep coming back repeatedly to spend money with you like clockwork. Also understand that relationships can get you that which money cannot. Imagine having powerful contacts through having developed relationships. Many people think that money is the answer when in fact it’s not. Money plays a part, however relationships are the door. There are a few things that you should know about building relationships:
- “Relationships Are Built Over Time”: Just like anything else of true value, there must be a certain amount of time invested into the development process. Just meeting someone and having a couple of conversations with them is not going to build their trust in you. People tend to study each other before they feel comfortable opening the doors of their life. The exact process of time or the events to occur differ for each situation. Constant contact is necessary to build a relationship with someone. It could be as simple as inviting them out for a social gathering or chatting a few words at a coffee shop. Also, in every relationship there should be a process of giving and receiving. Both parties should be giving as well as receiving. Whether it’s information, emotional stimulation or material things there should be an even exchange. For the simple reason most people won’t spill their beans or give you the slightest detail of anything about them without some established ground first so it is necessary to begin building. With this, could potentially be the access to the door or opportunity in which you were looking for. Take the necessary time to build relationships and what you’re looking for will soon follow.
- ‘Learn People Placement:” Many times we want someone to be in a certain area of our life, but the truth is that they simply are not. Despite our feelings, they are not the person for that task. We want this one to be our friend (but they’re just an associate), this one our significant other (but they’re just a friend), this one our business partner (yet they’ll never be more than an associate) and it goes on and on. Many times we could save ourselves frustration and headache if we learned how to place the relationships in our lives where they are supposed to be. Letting go of personal wants and desires sometimes can seem difficult but are necessary for proper relationship building. Trying to take a relationship where it’s not meant to go can be dangerous. Understanding where that individual is meant to be placed can save time and energy. Don’t waste time trying to create a fantasy out of a relationship. It is what it is!
- “Don’t sweat the small stuff:” I’ve seen incredibly valuable relationships go down the tubes because of small stuff. Whether it’s a difference of opinion, mis-communication or misunderstandings the outcome was the end of great bonds and it simply was not worth it. When this happens, more energy should be spent on preserving the relationship as oppose to destroying it. Usually over time individuals realize mistakes and try to make up for them later, however if you begin to address those issues now then you will save yourself from having to go through that process. Don’t sweat the small stuff, learn to solve problems and move on.

Last week we talked about “The Art of Appealing To Wants And Desires.” I go further into this principle in the art of creating money report. Understanding the wants and desires of others (because we all have them) is what leads to the creation of new industries, great products and never ending streams of income. This week we will discuss “The Art of Planning.” Only when you have a plan for your actions will you gain the knowledge, insight and experience needed in order to become successful.
Fourth Principle: The Art Of Planning
If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail. There is no such thing as unplanned success. No one achieves success by accident, it is a planned occurence and more than usual attained over a period of time. The purpose of having a plan is to create a guide for yourself. Going at something without any sense of direction will never have a sure ending. You want to know where you are going and exactly how you are going to get there. You’d be surprised to know that 90% of so called entrepreneurs and business owners never took the time to create a plan to be successful. In other words, they never took time to map out a clear picture of exactly where they want to go. They’re just going along taking whatever comes their way, opposed to having a guide to follow that would make the journey so much easier. There are a few things you should know about planning that will help you better understand and once you do it, it’s like a fresh breath of air!
- Having a plan demonstrates you are serious. One thing I’ve learned is that people who are serious about creating money have a game plan. Put yourself in the shoes of an investor and someone came to you wanting you to fund their “Brilliant Idea.” However, they had no clear vision of how to go about it just a great idea and high hopes. No research was conducted or the time taken to write out the vision. Would you take that person serious? Probably not. There are millions of people with phenomenal ideas that would probably work if a plan of attack was implemented. Large companies and successful enterprises all share one common trait: they are very aggressive about planning. They plan their production, staffing, budgeting, marketing campaigns, investments, ten year projections etc. Having an idea is not enough, you must be aggressive in planning, and then you will be taken seriously.
- A plan creates a target to focus on. As I mentioned earlier, many individuals are just going along and waiting to see the next possibility of what may happen. “What’s behind door #2″ is their attitude. You don’t want to fall into the imagination syndrome. This is the “If I just imagine that things will go good for me then maybe one day it will” mindset. That attitude is destined for failure. I’m not against having a positive attitude because I think it’s necessary to have one. However, embracing fantasy is not going to get any results. The presence of a plan is like a focal point on a camera, it only targets that specific area therefore causing you to be that much more productive. The problem that occurs without planning is focusing on the wrong things. Because we’re human and our mind wonders many times a day we waste time and energy trying to reach our goals without a set structure. The keyword here is focus. A plan helps to accomplish this.
- Planning helps you to delve deeper, thus causing you to uncover hidden gems. How many times did you have a set agenda and the further you pursued your goal, found some of the most amazing stuff? Usually it goes like this “I’ll just do this” and then it turns into “Wow I didn’t know…” and now you’re discovering new information. One of the most exciting parts of being successful is all the cool stuff that’s discovered along the way. Here’s another one, have you ever wanted to do a couple of things and decided to write them down so you won’t forget, then as you begin to write the list becomes twice as long from all the other stuff that comes to mind? Like I said earlier, a plan creates a focal point, and as you look into that one place, the details become clear. This helps you to come across valuable information that can absolutely be the deciding factor of your success.
The Art Of Creating Money: Principle #3

Last week we talked about “The art of effective communication.”I go further into this principle in the art of creating money report. It’s so very important to understand that without effective communication it will be virtually impossible to create money. You have to communicate. This week we will delve into a principle that is a chief asset in the world of the wealthy. It must be adhered to and when it is, the checks start rolling in.
Third Principle: Appealing to wants and desires!
Never forget these next six words: “People pay for what they want!” I don’t think there is a more true statement concerning the creation of money. Now this goes hand in hand with the principle of reasoning, however appealing to wants and desires delves a lot deeper. Understanding the human psyche plays a substantial part in this. There are a few things that you should understand everyone wants. Everyone wants to be appreciated, have fun, and have more.
- No matter how much it is denied, we all want to feel special. This is a want and desire that every living, breathing human being has. Make someone feel special and they’ll feel indebted to you. Make a bunch of people feel special and you’ll create money in a very special way. Take into account all of the products and gifts that have been created to make us feel special that have converted into billions of dollars. Not only do we all want to feel special, we will pay for it, no matter how much!
- The want and desire to be entertained is a way of escape from everyday life for many. It’s a way of dreaming and fantasy for the majority, especially those who are not involved directly with entertainment. Ever think about why so many homes have television sets and radios? Or why movie theaters and concert halls are packed, sporting events sold out and local venues filled with smiling faces? Whether you like it or not, you are a fan of some form of entertainment and entertainment pays big. When it comes to peoples want and desires, the desire to laugh, cry, sing, dance, cheer and all of the other out of the norm daily emotions that are used, is at the top of their list. If you’ve ever heard someone say “I need to go out” then all they are simply saying is “I need to be entertained.” If you can appeal to this need (which is honestly a want and desire) then money will run your way, and they will thank you for it.
- The desire to have more is at a pinnacle in today’s modern society. With the increase of technology and the constant creation of stuff, having more is the thing to do. More gadgets, more clothes and shoes, more money, more of it all is a desire for many. In this country not only are we priveleged to have so much, but we in fact take it for granted. There are so many who are without and yet we continue to feed our need for greed each and everyday. However this apetite for being the one with the most stuff has created trillions of dollars and have yet to create more. The geniuses behind the scenes know this and will continue to do all that they can to convince us that we need their stuff. If we have a new watch they want to sell us another one. One car is not enough, we need two or four or ten to be cool. Whatever it is in particular, having more of it is just in. However, it’s not free. Marketing campaigns will never stop and the desire to have new stuff will not either. Do we need all that we want and desire? Of course not. Yet having it gives us that feeling of fuzziness on the inside.
The Art Of Creating Money: Principle #2
Posted on April 13, 2009
Filed Under recent posts | 3 Comments
Last week we talked about “The art of reasoning.” I go further in depth with this principle in the art of creating money report. It’s very important to understand there is always a reason behind the parting with money and so if the reason is given the money will be also. This week we delve into a principle incredibly over looked but of such importance that it is hard to survive without it, let alone create money. This is a trait that you will find of every wealthy individual and must be attained if you seek to reach the same.
Second Principle: The art of effective communication!
If you begin to take a look at those who earn massive profits, you will see that 75% of their work is nothing more than communication. Likewise on the opposite end of the totem pole, those who are not big bankers are not 75% communicating. Just look at: lawyers, singers, actors, politicians, entrepreneurs and athletes, if you look very close you will see communication in all of these careers. Wait a minute! Being an athlete is not communication is it? Actually it is, and it has an extremely large audience that is listening and love parting with their cash to do so. The art of effective communication is not just communicating but doing it in an effective manner. There are a few parts to this that I want to cover and these are things that you can begin to apply right now.
The first part is to understand your audience, then your form of communication. Is your communication public speaking, talk shows, movies or through sending emails? Although these are great channels to reach your audience, they will bring different individuals all together. This fits right into understanding who your audience is so that you will be able to reach them in that specific way. Many times people do it backwards. They’ll first choose their communication tool without realizing who it is their reaching first. Seek first your audience and then how you will reach them.
The second part is to recognize whom you are communicating with. Are you communicating with those who are in search of the information that you are transmitting or those who have absolutely no interest in what you have to say. This makes so much sense yet few recognize it. When you have those who are in search of what it is you have, you won’t spend countless hours trying to find an audience instead all you have to do is hone your communication skills and effectively do that. You could be the greatest orator the world has ever seen, however if no one cares it kind of defeats the purpose. Don’t waste time communicating with those who could care less about what your message, instead seek those that do.
The third and last part is to consistently convey your message. The number one mistake that any communicator can make is to stop communicating. Understand that famous communicators have been doing it for years. You’ll never continue to hear about someone that did one movie, came out with one song, or did one television appearance. The status that comes with being an effective communicator is that which comes from a period of cultivation. Yes there is a such thing as having natural talent, however, there is also such a thing as being new to the scene. There are many talented individuals whom we will never hear about. Time has to be given for your audience to begin to distinguish you from your competition. Talent is easily recognizable but only with consistency will it begin to be effective. Consistently communicate your message and you will establish your place amongst the effective.
P.S
This week we were suppose to talk about the art of wants and desires, but I chose to talk about effective communication because it’s so very important. We will talk about wants and desires next, which will be in a couple of days.

Alex
The Art Of Creating Money. Let’s GO!

Last week I posted that over the next few weeks we will be discussing the art of creating money. I will be sharing with you principles that I’ve discussed in the report “The Art Of Creating Money” only to end with the release of the actual report.
First principle: “The Art Of Reasoning!
One of the key principles behind creating money is reasoning. Obtaining anything comes from having a reason to do so. So in the regard of having others to part with their cash there must be a significant reason for doing so. Many times that reason is to obtain something of higher value. So that $200 could be an exchange for a great time out with some friends or a new outfit that will make the individual wearer feel special. No matter the reason specifically, just know that it is usually to obtain something of perceived higher value. So, some examples would be; money for a car, money for a house, money for a vacation or anything possible that you can get with money. Those who have created great wealth are those who gave plenty of reasons for exchange. Quick tip: “If you focus on creating reasons for exchange, the money will soon follow.”
I’ve done this in times past without even realizing that I was doing it. There are many things that you or I may have that others don’t but they want access to. I would literally find myself in conversations just talking and it would usually end in “How much would you charge for that?” Oh believe me it was quite interesting, and it’s happened several times. Finding out what others want is key for creating reasons. If you know a particular crowd is interested in a certain trend make sure you’re the one to bring it to them with a price tag attached. Honestly, it’s really that simple. Individuals pay for what they really want and them wanting it is reason enough.
Next we will be talking about: “The Art Of Wants And Desires”

Alex
